ARinteg and InfoWatch HA have completed testing of their products - the ARZip archiver and the InfoWatch Traffic Monitor DLP system. The integration of solutions allows you to automate the verification of password-protected archives that are sent to external recipients from the corporate network, and eliminate data leaks through them. Thus, with the implementation of these solutions, companies increase their cybersecurity and can more efficiently use available resources. ARinteg announced this on June 19, 2024.

ARZip is a solution that, thanks to its collaboration with the most common Russian DLP systems, combines the ability to work with file archives with the functionality to counter data leaks, said Dmitry Slobodenyuk, commercial director of ARinteg. - We have provided the ability to connect ARZip via API to DLP, since without this DLP cannot open password-protected archives.

The company noted that the integration of the ARZip archiver and the InfoWatch Traffic Monitor DLP system has solved the problem of reading encrypted archives. It was a pretty daunting task.
