2023: Creation of a digital system to assess the quality of transport services
Students of the Academy "Higher Engineering School" with the support of SberTroika in two months have developed a draft digital system for assessing the quality of transport services. The system has been tested. It is assumed that the digital service will be launched in the regions. SberTroika announced this on June 20, 2023.
Thanks to the digital system, each passenger will be able to leave feedback on how comfortable and convenient it is to use public transport or a certain vehicle. QR codes will be placed in vehicles. The passenger needs to scan the QR code posted in the transport and go to the page with the feedback form. On the page you can evaluate the work of the payment system, the professionalism of the staff, the quality of work of air conditioners and other equipment, as well as temperature comfort and other parameters that the customer will indicate.
The project of the digital system for evaluating transport services, created by students of the Academy "Higher Engineering School," will be continued and will be launched in the regions of our country. With the help of the system, it will be possible to collect and analyze feedback from passengers and, based on this data, make decisions to improve the quality of services in passenger transport. In the future, we plan to attract IT talents to create the best services in the industry, - CEO of SberTroika Valeria Matyukhina. |
The regional authorities will be able to track the rating of carriers according to the selected criteria in their personal account, as well as study passenger reviews. The collected data will allow you to quickly take measures to improve the quality of the services provided.
For two months, students of the educational program "IT services and data processing technologies in transport" worked on the project: Damir Khuzhaev, Andrey Aleev, Timur Salaev, Alexey Sushentsev, Semyon Ryabov, Maria Kruglovaya and Sergey Larkin. The project was curated by Eduard Murykov, Deputy Director for the Development of Regional Projects of SberTroika.
For June 2023, the main goal of the transport services market is to provide proper services to passengers. But how do you get feedback? And how to effectively track what works well and what needs to be improved? To do this, there are data from open sources, calls from hotlines, appeals on social networks, but all these are too disparate and not ordered data, where it is often difficult to highlight a key problem. The student-developed solution is a high-quality tool for collecting feedback from passengers and a flexible analytical tool for any head of a transport enterprise. We believe that the project has a future, it can be implemented and entered the market with it, - said Eduard Murykov, deputy director for the development of regional projects at SberTroika. |
