Development of AVIST Oil & Gas began in 2014. Its appearance was associated with the production need that arose when working on one of the major foreign projects. The tools available at that time did not meet the requirements for functionality. As a result, it was decided to create another specialized tool that could automate the creation and updating of models, perform multivariable calculations, aggregate data flows, and work in conjunction with all application tools used at the field. As of December 2021 solution includes four software modules providing functionality of integrated modeling (IM), potential management, integrated modeling (IM), potential management, integrated planning and real-time event and incident management.

Availability of AVIST Oil & Gas from ITPS on the GISP portal of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation

On September 14, 2020, ITPS announced that the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation included a comprehensive AVIST Oil & Gas solution in the State Information System of Industry (GISP). Information about the solution is posted on the portal (marketplace) of the GISP - the official trading platform of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, with the help of which representatives of Russian enterprises can find and choose the types of industrial products of interest produced in the Russian Federation and begin procurement procedures. The selection of a solution for presentation on the portal is carried out by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation together with the Association of Participants in the Internet of Things Market, the Foundation for the Development of Internet Initiatives, and the ANO Digital Economy.

AVIST Oil & Gas enables the implementation of the main functionality of the Intelligent Field concept (integrated modeling, integrated planning, potential management, analytics and real-time forecasting, etc.) and achieve high efficiency of the oil and gas production asset through forecasting, real-time data analytics and flexible management of production parameters. For more than six years, ITPS group experts have continuously developed development, complementing functionality and modules. One of the additions is the SYNAP software tool, which allows you to increase the speed of creating models by one and a half times and work more efficiently with them.

Over the past few years, the topic of digital transformation of the oil and gas complex has been inextricably linked with the state policy of import substitution. Today, industry enterprises have a fairly large choice of Russian technologies in the field of industrial equipment, the share of Russian products in this segment is ready to exceed 55%. However, in the field of proprietary technologies and conceptual digitalization (innovative tools and techniques combined by the concepts of "Intellectual Field" and "Industry 4.0"), there are still many growth points. According to market participants, Russian solutions are too "point," they lack complexity.

ITPS solved this issue back in 2014 by creating the domestic hardware and software complex AVIST Oil & Gas (Asset Virtualization System Oil & Gas), constantly developing its functionality. The development was based on the production need - the implementation of the company's projects required a certain functionality, which at that time was not yet on the Russian market. The solution was created with an eye to the current needs of the oil and gas industry (increasing production volumes, minimizing risks, reducing operational costs) and to indicators of the best world practices.

One of the main tasks of our state is to achieve technological sovereignty in segments critical to the Russian economy, one of which is the oil and gas industry. We are glad to see that Russia is rapidly increasing its potential in those areas in which foreign products have traditionally led before. Thanks to the initiatives of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, enterprises have convenient resources and services - such as the GISP portal, which helps Russian customers in choosing the right tools and thereby reduces the path from conscious need to obtaining the right results. I would like to emphasize that it is the achievement of the specified business effects in the customer enterprises that is the basis of ITPS activity. And AVIST Oil & Gas is one of these effective tools for achieving a goal that we can flexibly change, complement depending on the task that we help customers solve. The solution is provided to the customer in integrated service format. This approach allows you to quickly use all the necessary functionality, optimize costs, create regulated interconnected processes and achieve tangible results in a few months of use.

2014

The company Parma Telecom (ITPS Group) has developed a software product for the oilgas industry - AVIST (Asset Visualization Smart Technology). As of June 2014, the solution is a universal platform for consolidating data coming from various engineering and field systems, visualizing the current state of oil and gas field facilities and managing work processes.

"Effective management of the fields is possible only with constant analysis of the combination of factors of production, economic, infrastructure. - says Oleg Oleinikov, head of the solution development team. - As a rule, oil and gas companies use specialized software to manage certain aspects of operations to create models of wells, collection and transport systems, production processes, etc. However, the technological and informational fragmentation of such models prevents a holistic picture of all key indicators and processes in their relationship. When creating the Avist product, we tried to solve these problems. "

AVIST supports decision-making when developing a field management strategy, optimizing capital and operational costs, and performing operational planning and production management. When implemented, AVIST integrates with customer systems already implemented. In today's version, AVIST contains ready-made tools for integration with specialized systems Petrel, ECLIPSE, MBAL, PIPESIM, GAP, HYSYS and others.

Solutions "Parma-Telecom" (ITPS Group), developed on the AVIST platform, are operated at oil and gas producers in Russia and the CIS countries, providing a reduction in technological losses and an increase in production volumes. So, one of the companies, thanks to the optimization of production and technological parameters, increased oil production by 3%, which allowed it to receive an additional 700 thousand tons of oil in two years.

The company plans to expand the list of adapters to external engineering and production systems, as well as cross-industry product development.
