Axis Q6315-LE with 31-fold optical zoom
On June 22, 2021, Axis Communications announced the release of the AXIS Q6315-LE PTZ camera with 31-fold optical zoom, excellent light sensitivity and improved safety features. IR illumination and night shooting function allows it to be shot under any lighting conditions, and laser technology provides accurate focus in less than 1 second even in the dark. The AXIS Q6315-LE camera is suitable for security video surveillance in the city.
Thanks to the Speed Dry feature, the camera transmits a clear image even during rain. In addition, the AXIS Q6315-LE supports dynamic overlay of objects for quick orientation. So, the orientation assistant overlays dynamic inscriptions with street names, as well as a compass arrow, on the picture. Where privacy needs to be preserved, masking the closed area as a tile allows you to pixelize entire areas, such as neighboring homes. With Autotracking 2, Click-to-Start Tracking allows you to target the necessary moving objects. You can also use AXIS Object Analytics to detect and classify people and vehicles.
Thanks to the ARTPEC-7 chip, the camera features improved image quality, analytics capabilities and efficient video compression. In addition, the AXIS Q6315-LE has improved security features. The camera is equipped with a TPM cryptographic module certified for compliance with the FIPS 140-2 second level standard. It guarantees the secure storage of all cryptographic keys and certificates and their inviolability even in the event of a system hack.
The camera can be easily combined with other Axis products to create a flexible, scalable solution. For example, the combination of the model with the AXIS Q6100-E camera will provide a 360-degree panoramic view and will cover a large area with video shooting.
Axis Q6135-LE PTZ camera release with 32x zoom
On March 3, 2021, Axis Communications introduced the AXIS Q6135-LE high-speed PTZ camera with a 32x zoom, which provides reliable video surveillance in poorly lit places up to 250 m. Thanks to the latest generation chip, the camera features improved image quality, enhanced security features, analytics capabilities and effective video compression. The AXIS Q6135-LE camera is great for video surveillance in parks, alleys and other open spaces in the dark.
The camera is equipped with adaptive long-range IR lighting with technology OptimizedIR, which is adjusted according to camera scaling, providing high quality video in the dark or low light on distance up to 250 m or more depending on the scene. High image quality is also achieved through Lightfinder 2.0 technology, which allows you to obtain rich colors and clear images of moving objects in almost complete darkness. Axis Zipstream technology significantly reduces requirements for network bandwidth and disk space.
The camera supports dynamic overlay of objects for quick orientation, and with Autotracking 2 with click-and-click tracking, it is possible to target the necessary moving objects. In addition, with With AXIS Object Analytics, you can discover and classify people and vehicles. Where you want to save privacy, masking closed areas with a mosaic pattern allows you to pixelize entire sections of the scene.
The AXIS Q6135-LE includes digitally signed and secure download software, which ensures protection against any unauthorized changes. Also camera equipped with a cryptographic module that provides reliable storage all cryptographic keys and certificates and their inviolability even in the case of hacking the system.

Launch of production of cameras with ARTPEC-7 chip at Jabil plant in Tver
On December 2, 2019, Axis Communications announced the expansion of the production line at the Jabil plant in Tver, one of the Axis production partners in Europe. The range presented at the Russian production was replenished with cameras with the ARTPEC-7 chip with elements of artificial intelligence. As of December 2019, 16 models of the most popular cameras on the Russian market are being produced at Axis's own production. Thus, their number increased by 60% compared to 2016, when the company launched a local production line in Russia. More details here.
Release of PTZ camera Q6154-E with 30x optical zoom
On November 28, 2019, Axis Communications announced the release of the AXIS Q6154-E compact PTZ camera, which features high focus of moving objects even in poor lighting conditions.
The flagship AXIS Q6154-E provides flawless focus with laser technology that allows you to track moving objects, including in complete darkness. An absolutely safe laser camera beam in a fraction of a second measures the distance between the camera and the object, so that well-focused images are obtained, regardless of the circumstances of the shooting.
The camera has a 30x optical zoom and allows you to get high-quality video with an HDTV 720p resolution. Axis Lightfinder and WDR technology provide high-resolution, full-color video with minimal blurring of moving objects, and AxisZipstream technology significantly reduces network bandwidth and storage requirements.
AXIS Q6154-E PTZ Network Camera is designed for outdoor installation and is great for video surveillance in the city and in large enterprises with a large number of moving objects. Thanks to the Axis Sharpdome technology, which ensures the rotation of not only the camera, but also its dome, an equally clear and high-quality image is obtained when shooting above and below the horizon line. In addition, when the unique Speed Dry feature is turned on, the device begins to vibrate at a high frequency, thereby cleaning the dome from water drops. Thus, camera images are clear, including in rainy weather.
Release of PTZ cameras Q6075 and Q6075-E with 40x optical zoom
On November 5, 2019, Axis Communications announced the release of AXIS Q60 series PTZ network cameras with a 40-fold zoom. AXIS PTZ cameras provide good quality images even in poor lighting conditions and are presented in two versions: the Q6075-E model for outdoor surveillance will help ensure safety in open wide spaces, for example, in the city and at industrial facilities, while the Q6075 is ideal for surveillance inside large buildings such as airports, train stations, shopping centers. The cameras are equipped with the ARTPEC 7 processor, which provides better image quality, support for advanced security and analytics functions, as well as significantly more efficient video compression.
The Q6075 and Q6075-E cameras are highly photosensitive thanks to Lightfinder 2.0 technology, which allows you to obtain a detailed image of moving objects with saturated colors even in low light. They are also equipped with Autotracking 2 feature with the ability to track moving objects, which is turned on by click, and tools for operational orientation control with dynamic overlay of effects when actively tracking objects.
Cameras have advanced security features, including built-in ON digitally signed with and secure boot functionality, which ensure that the device uses genuine firmware without any unauthorized changes. The devices are also equipped with cryptographic a FIPS 140-2, Tier 2 certified TPM. It guarantees safe the storage of all cryptographic keys and certificates and their inviolability even in the event of a system hack.
The external observation model complies with the standards IP66/67, NEMA 4X and IK10 - thus it is resistant to dust, rain, snow and mechanical effects. In addition, due to the Arctic Temperature Control feature, cameras are turned on and operate at temperatures from -50 to 50 ° C.
