2019: Representation of AccurioPro Variable Data

On December 9, 2019 the Konica Minolta company submitted the professional AccurioPro Variable Data software package for creation of materials on the basis of variable data and their printing. Konica Minolta AccurioPro Variable Data is a functional plug-in for Adobe of InDesign. The plug-in allows to add easily variable data to any document InDesign, to create unique materials, at the same time users have a choice of a format both final files, and a format of data source, claim in Konica Minolta.

The software module can integrate the text, images, the multiline text or the whole pages using the structured data given from sources. Thanks to it the personalized materials form quickly, and printing process is completely supported by a printing equipment of Konica Minolta and the printing systems of other suppliers, noted in Konica Minolta.

According to the developer, AccurioPro Variable Data offers a broad set of professional functions for design of products. For example, arrangement of the text on a circuit of a curved line, around an illustration, creation of multipage materials, effects of a shadow and transparency. The software package offers a user-friendly interface on the basis of the simple menu, and, unlike other programs of work with variable data, for its use it is not required to learn programming languages.

AccurioPro Variable Data functions mentioned by the developer:

• The module CopyFit - enhanced capabilities of fast adjustment of the inserted text, if it too long for area of imposition;
• The module governed (Rules Module) – installation and processing of difficult conditions (ifthenelse);
• The module of descent of bands (Imposition Module) – allows to create the templates providing placement of several pages on one sheet;
• The module of work with barcodes (Bar Coding Module) – support of variable one-dimensional and two-dimensional barcodes;
• The module of automation (Automation Module) – is used together with Enfocus Switch and other products for creation of completely automated printing processes of variable data.

For December, 2019 Konica Minolta offers two versions of AccurioPro Variable Data: Essential or Premium. The version of Essential is economic option with wide feature set and a possibility of processing of a large number of records of data source. This version includes CopyFit, modules of rules and descent of bands, allowing to create multipage products with variables to data in the PDF or PDF/VT format. Premium is the professional version of the program including all functions of the version of Essential, the optimized output functions of finished goods and also other expanded functions including filling with data of master pages, embedding of variable data and tags of "style", support of additional formats of variable data.
