On November 27, 2019 the Aladdin R.D. company announced a release of the next version of a corporate system of data protection with centralized operation of Secret Disk Enterprise (SDE) 2.7.10.35.

In the current release of SDE support of the last requirements of Microsoft to work in the Secure Boot mode was added: all used drivers and loaders are checked and signed with Microsoft and also are compatible to current versions of Windows 10 (sdA) and Windows Server 2019 (sdMS).

In upgraded version of software the extension package of cryptography is built in the main installer therefore he does not demand separate installation at full save of functionality. In addition, specialists of Aladdin R.D. completely processed an installer that allows not to remove resource protection of the user when updating and not to delete the previous version. Also support of the JaCarta and eToken minidrivers which gives the chance to refuse installation of the collateral paid software both on the server, and at workstations was added.

Besides, in SDE of version 2.7.10.35 the fault tolerance of the SDMS server is considerably increased during the work with MSAD at small capacity of the channel of connection and a large number of clients.

2016: Secret Disk Enterprise 2.6 (SDE)

In Secret Disk Enterprise v. 2.6 was added a number of new features and opportunities among which:

• the high compatibility of Secret Disk Enterprise v is implemented. 2.6 at the level of the operating system boot loader. The maximum expansion of the park of compatible models of personal computers and notebooks is reached:
• the BIOS loader (Legacy BIOS) is compatible to exhaustive quantity of modern models of personal computers and notebooks;
• the UEFI loader (UEFI BIOS) implements protection against the hidden attempts of updating of the operating system now that guarantees stable and long system operation;
• the full support of OS is implemented Microsoft Windows 10:
• the distribution kit of the agent is completely rebuilt for correct installation of work in new Microsoft OS – Windows 10. Today it conforms to all requirements of this OS, but saved full compatibility with the previous versions, starting with Windows 7 SP1;
• the new interface (GUI) of agency software supporting the Microsoft Windows 10 standard is created, at the same time the possibility of use of the traditional interface remained:
• the agent of SDA has the second interface executed in Metro UI style that is not the just new requirement of Microsoft for change of appearance of programs, and development of a product towards support of touch input from mobile devices now;
• protection of a system against accidental/wrong actions of the user at the runtime data encryption processes is implemented:
• now the product implements functions of check of correctness of processing of wrong actions of the user and many other things that as a result does Secret Disk Enterprise by one of the stablest and reliable products in the market;
• the new universal installer of the client software is implemented:
• the new installer will be especially applicable for those customers who have the big park of computers with a non-standard configuration. 2015: Secret Disk Enterprise 2.5 (SDE)

In April, 2015 the Aladdin R.D. company announced start in sale of the new version of a corporate system of confidential information protection with centralized operation of Secret Disk Enterprise 2.5 (SDE) providing data encryption according to security policies of the enterprise and using two-factor authentication for access to the protected data.

SDE protection against failures during installation protection and also centralized operation, a role model for configuring and monitoring, support of mobile employees, interaction with Microsoft Active Directory, support of work in virtual environments and tokens of lines of JaCarta and eToken includes such basic functions as data encryption, protection of the system section, hardware two-factor authentication, a possibility of irreversible removal of data and uses of the certified cryptoproviders, access prohibition on network to the ciphered data. According to the expert opinion of Secret Disk Enterprise protection against unauthorized access to information meets the requirements of the regulating document ". Part 1. Information security software. Classification by the level of absence control of not declared opportunities" on the 4th level of control and specifications, at accomplishment of the restrictions on application specified in the passport.

According to documentation on a product, Secret Disk Enterprise it can be used during creation of automated systems to a class of security 1G and for data protection in personal data information systems up to 1 level inclusive.

2012: Secret Disk Enterprise 1.6

This version of a system has advanced functionality and includes the opportunities directed to increasing the level of security of data and convenience of work of the user. A client part of Secret Disk Enterprise supports now technology of a uniform input Single-Sign-On thanks to which it is enough to enter once the password eToken in the Secret Disk Agent loader that the product session in the operating system opened automatically.

The raised security level is provided in Secret Disk Enterprise 1.6 at the expense of two new features: reliable movement and removal of files without a possibility of recovery in Secret Disk Agent and registration of unsuccessful attempts of opening of a session in the magazine Microsoft Windows for the client. Thanks to it the administrator can record such events as problems of opening of a session and incorrect actions of the user on the password entry that helps to monitor effectively attempts of unauthorized access to information.

Secret Disk Enterprise 1.6 also supports SafeNet Authentication Client (SAC) of version 8.0 SP2 on server side and the client. In the version of a product support of Windows 2000 for Secret Disk Agent is excluded, users of this system need to update the operating system to any of supported. The solution is recommended for universal use as replacement of the previous versions of a system and also for all new installations.

Description of Secret Disk Enterprise
