What should be structure of the enterprise? How it is organized its activity and what issues each division resolves? What authority gives a certain employee? How decisions and how document flow in the company works are made? All these and similar it questions it is regulated by organizational and administrative documents of the enterprise. ORD are internal documents of the enterprise, as causes some features of their creation, storage and use.

Organizational and administrative documentation can be separated into several main groups:

  1. organizational (charters, provisions, rules, instructions including the official, defining the status enterprises, its structural divisions and regulations of their work);
  2. administrative (orders on primary activity, orders, solutions, minutes of meetings and meetings);
  3. directory (acts, letters, faxes, references, telephone messages, reports and memos, etc.);
  4. documents on staff (orders on p/a, employment contracts, service records, personal cards f. No. T-2, personal accounts on salary, personal records).



The system of the ORD electronic archive allows:

  1. to transfer organizational and administrative documentation to an electronic form and to work effectively with it;
  2. to structure and describe this documentation;
  3. to make different search and selections, specific to this type of activity;
  4. to see the complete information on all divisions, branches and objects;
  5. to provide access to documentation to all interested persons;
  6. to prepare sets of organizational and administrative documentation for the management, personnel and different inspection bodies.
