Alloy Navigator is the solution for management of service in the field of IT designed taking into account real experience of business.

Versions

• Alloy Navigator is the complex tool for solving of tasks of ITSM\ITAM of large and medium-sized enterprises. It is used for automation of broad set of transactions: from service of end users (for example, in the context of Service Desk) before administration of corporate networks and management of IT assets of the organizations. Alloy Navigator is developed according to methodology of ITIL and intended for problem management, incidents and changes. Reliable data about IT infrastructure are provided by the module for inventory of software and the hardware of computers in network.
• Alloy Navigator Express is the complex tool for the small companies. Allows to automate a broad set of operations on collecting, accounting and failure handling and faults of IT systems. Among the supported opportunities automation of work of technical support services (Help Desk) is implemented. Also solves important problems of accounting and automatic inventory hardware and the software of computer networks of the organizations.

Alloy Navigator 8.7

In August, 2020 there is a version of Alloy Navigator 8.7. For support of ESM segmentation of data is implemented. Appears native mobile application, available on platforms Android and iOS.

Alloy Navigator 8.6

In June, 2020 Alloy Navigator 8.6 is issued. Functioning of products in a cloud environment (Alloy Navigator SaaS) is ensured. Inventory of the equipment without permanent connection to corporate networks is supported.

Alloy Navigator 8.5

In January, 2020 there is an updating of products to version 8.5, with the advanced API module and support of integration into the platform of automation Zapier.

2019

Alloy Navigator 8.4

In October, 2019 the release of version 8.4 with the flagman web application and the first version of mobile application for convenient access to products from all devices took place. The full range of management tools projects and task scheduling (Project Management) is implemented. Creation of graphic charts (Network Diagrams) for the audited corporate networks is supported.

Alloy Navigator 8.2

In August, 2019 is issued 8.2 with the updated graphical interface for tracking of interrelations of objects, the evident analysis and convenient management.

2018: Alloy Navigator 8.1

In February, 2018 the release 8.1 which contains complete Russian localization of the interface of user applications took place.

2017: Alloy Navigator 8.0

In July, 2017 the Alloy Navigator and Discovery software package is updated to version 8.0. The convenient built-in HTML-editor in use, for the evident description of problems and instructions to their solution on forms of applications and in the entering and outgoing messages of e-mail turns on. Supports data encryption. Possibilities of customization of client self-service portals are expanded.

2016

Start of sales in Russia

In 2016 the start of sales of a packet of Alloy Navigator and Discovery in the market of Russia took place.

Alloy Navigator 7.2

Version 7.2 appears in September, 2016 and supports a set of information widgets on starting dashborda of applications, enhanced capabilities of licensing of a product and logging of the user sessions. Also supports inventory of virtual machines with indication of a binding to physical corporate hosts.

Alloy Navigator 7.1

In February, 2016 there was version 7.1 which includes the first version of the API module for integration with third-party products.

2014: Alloy Navigator 7.0

In October, 2014 Alloy Navigator and Discovery leave in version 7.0. Turn on tools for management of turnover of IT assets, supplies and work of warehouses (Consumable, Asset and Stock Management).

The full range of means for work with the directory of services and the related requests (Service Management) is supported. For all objects the possibility of individual and group approvals and statements (Approval process) is implemented. Drawing up graphic reports on all classes of objects is available.

2012: Alloy Navigator 6.5

In August, 2012 update 6.5 with the expanded scheme of licensing is released. Self-service portals of Alloy Navigator support switching of interface languages plus assessment of rating of usefulness of articles of the knowledge base and quality evaluation of tendering service of clients.

2010: Alloy Navigator 6.0

In 2010 there is a packet of the products Alloy Navigator and Discovery 6.0. Products include the preset full-fledged logic of processing of business processes. Flexible configuration allows to adapt easily a system to specifics of work of the specific organizations, without implementation of a complex user code.

2005: Support of processing of processes according to ITIL

Since 2005 products support processing of processes according to library of best practices of ITIL.
