The service represents intellectual service which is capable to recognize the speech and to connect calling with a certain employee, to transfer a call to the fax, to write a voice message and to send to e-mail if the employee could not answer and also provide other additional information on demand. At the same time a system can process at the same time up to 60 calls.

The service is available in St. Petersburg, Veliky Novgorod and Petrozavodsk. Any client of PeterStar in these cities has a possibility of on-line of the order and connection of service from Personal account on the website of the company. Further distribution of service is planned for all regions of presence of Peterstar. At connection of service the grace period of tariffing (up to 60 days) works during which the client can perform necessary tunings in a control interface and completely test service.
