The automated diagnostic medical complex of maintenance of life activity of the person Angel is intended for rendering instrumental and advisory medical care at primary diagnostics, the automated control of life activity of affected, invasive introduction of the appointed medicines on the set algorithm.
On the basis of objective functional indicators of the patient the algorithm of drug treatment according to which the complex by means of spray and peristaltic pumps injects medicines with accurately certain dosage and on the set algorithm forms.
There are two options of execution of a complex:
- mobile;
- stationary.
The mobile complex is intended for assistance to victims – at evacuation stages, in normal automobiles, during technogenic accidents.
The stationary complex is intended for assistance to patients in intensive care units in the conditions of medical institutions.

On July 11, 2018 the Tekhmash concern of Rostec State corporation announced the beginning joint with scientists from Lomonosov Moscow State University to work on upgrade of the automated diagnostic medical complex of maintenance of life activity of the person Angel.
Upgrade of a complex expands diagnostic opportunities of Angel. So, he will be able to remove the synthesized twelve-channel electrocardiogram with interpretation, to display pulse rate of the patient, perfusion, the photoplethysmogram, to measure blood saturation by oxygen, temperature on two channels, parameters of breath, pressure, to monitor the frequency of warm emissions.
On the basis of these indicators Angel will be capable to diagnose for the patient traumatic and burn shock, poisoning, a craniocereberal injury, radiation sickness, hemorrhagic shock, intense violation of brain blood circulation, hypo - and a hyper glycemic coma, bronchial asthma, aritmogenny violations of warm activity, septic and cardiogenic shock, etc.
