Anviz Intelligent Management CrossChex (AIM CrossChex)

AIM CrossChex (Anviz Intelligent Management CrossChex) is an intelligent system of management of access control and a time recording which works with all monitoring equipment of access and time management of Anviz.

A system offers functions on management of an organization structure, personnel, diagrams and changes, the access levels according to user requirements that optimizes systems of accounting of working time and access control under control of AIM CrossChex.

Basic functions of AIM CrossChex

• Management of departments. The number of the enclosed departments is not limited
• Device management, access rights, temporary zones and rules of pass
• Management of changes, schedules of personnel, purpose of permanent and temporary diagrams
• Setup and access restriction on system administrators to functions of the program
• Export/import given and account in the XLS/XLSX, PDF, CSV formats and others
• Export of reports to other personnel management systems
• Work with databases MS Access and MS SQL
• Support of all Anviz devices

Differences from AIM Satndard

• Functions of the program were in two modules earlier — a time recording and control of the equipment. In AIM CrossChex all functions are reduced in one interactive program. At the same time system administrators had an opportunity to differentiate access to all functions of the software, duplication of some functions which in AIM Standard were present at both modules and worked with small differences is also removed.
• Stability and reliability of a program runtime is increased.
• Functions and settings of the program are added and systematized.
• The interface of the program became more clear and more convenient. All functions are presented in the general menu and grouped in blocks, also on the interactive screen there are fast actions and hints increasing convenience of work with a system.
• Fields are added to reports.
• The reference and the system of the help in the program is added.
• Autoupdating function is added.

This program is planned for use as the client software for the cloud Anviz system.

2017: Updating to version 4.2.0

In August, 2017 the Anviz company released the next software version of AIM CrossChex Standard. It is available to online updating in the section Help of the main menu of the program. Also the CrossChex Standard 4.2.0 distribution kit can be downloaded on the portal of technical support InTime. Loading is available to all registered users.

• Possibility of downloading of events with indication of date and the employee for models C2 Pro, OA1000 Pro, W1, W2;
• Possibility of classification of devices as operation (access control, a time recording, a time recording and access control);
• Setup of the Wi-fi parameters for the devices equipped with such module;
• Optimization of parameters of calculation of working time;
• Possibility of change of the ID device in a system after adding of the device;
• Correction of problems and improvement of the existing functions.
