AppsFlyer Privacy Cloud is a robust, open platform for innovation that empowers end users while maintaining their privacy while using any connected device, platform, app store, OS, or browser. Within Privacy Cloud, platforms, app stores, ad networks, and app developers will be able to define their own Privacy Cloud Applications (PCA) based on their business logic, privacy principles, and technical stack.

2021: Creating AppsFlyer Privacy Cloud

AppsFlyer, a marketing measurement platform, on December 7, 2021 announced a collaboration with Intel to create AppsFlyer Privacy Cloud - a private cloud AppsFlyer that will allow several organizations to securely combine their data based on their own business logic, principles, and privacy requirements, while using a privacy technology stack that includes Aggregated Advanced Privacy (AAP), Aggregated Conversion Modeling (ACM), Data Clean Rooms, cryptographic privacy solutions, predictive analytics, etc.

AppsFlyer, in collaboration with Intel, leverages advanced accelerated encryption capabilities on the 3rd generation Intel Xeon Scalable Platform to dramatically increase computing speed for high-performance Advanced Homomorphic Encryption (HE) Privacy Cloud applications.

Homomorphic encryption (HE) is a powerful method that allows you to compute and work together with personal and sensitive data using end-to-end encryption. This evolving form of encryption allows you to perform calculations using personal data without having to decrypt them, which increases the ability to maintain privacy. Developers and brands can collaborate and obtain information about different organizations without compromising the privacy of their end users. Intel platform improves performance and supports end-to-end data encryption.

AppsFlyer and Intel will invest in this long-term ecosystem collaboration, and once it becomes widely available, AppsFlyer will be able to move parts of Privacy Cloud Data Clean Rooms to a cryptographic solution with a zero-trust security concept, while retaining backward compatibility interfaces.
