2017: Upgrade of the module MES

On February 8, 2017 Atlas Software announced release of an algorithm for automatic calculation of readiness of the order in the module MES.

In a system there was an algorithm which independently calculates the term of readiness of the production order. In the module MES the special interface – the customer's Panel is developed. The client's employees who got access monitor the status of request online. They see not only planned, but also actual time of an exit.

The necessity of existence of function in a system is caused by that, according to developers that planned time often differs from actual. Production of difficult products are tens of transactions. And on one day, and on another – is necessary one hour. Planned time is calculated from length of all process, but the order can be delayed on any of stages.

Occasionally the managers taking the order badly represent at what stage it is in a specific interval of time. They receive approximate terms of readiness, but cannot control them. This inexact information they are also forced to tell it to clients. And in case of delays to justify oneself and apologize.

Proceeding from it the company created an algorithm which constantly recalculates product exit time. A system does not predict, and reflects a real situation. Therefore the manager always sees up-to-date and fresh information. At the same time developers emphasize that the "smart" algorithm adapts under production: considers parallel transactions, completion date of each stage, interchangeability of employees and the working schedule.

2016

Internet marketing module

On November 22, 2016 the Atlas Software company announced implementation in the Internet marketing module Atlas automation system, it collects and integrates data from different services.

The developer company declared importance of integration into different Internet platforms.


Background

  • in a uniform working space it is more convenient to study data.
  • employees who have no access to accounts in all services if necessary can quickly obtain the main information, without distracting colleagues.
  • Atlas, collecting data from different sources, can give them in a general view, analyze, compare and build difficult end-to-end indicators. It is relevant, for example, for sales department when calculating conversion. A system automatically considers all viewings, cliques and purchases and displays the general funnel. Moreover, users can connect data not only among themselves, but also to other indicators in a system, for example, on business processes or finance.

Thus, Atlas as platform, closes in itself complete process of automation of sales: from lead generation before maintenance of loyalty.

Certainly, all information in more detail is also in detail submitted in services. But our functionality is focused, first of all, on heads. And they will hardly understand different interfaces to receive two-three main metrics. And there are two solutions. Or the head will regularly oblige employees to transfer data somewhere else, or we will configure integration. Of course, we selected the second option.

According to the statement of Atlas Software, in the company did not set as the purpose - to replace functionality of services of Internet marketing.

We only made analytics simpler, convenient and complex for heads. And the staff of marketing department, most likely, will continue to use services with more exact filters and settings. At the same time they do not need to prepare reports any more. The administration literally for two-three clicks will see all necessary statistics in the usual interface.

The company of a possibility of the module is used for collecting and the analysis of registration on the website. Heads of marketing departments and sales precisely know from what source and how many arrived requests as managers worked each of them. At the same time indicators are separated on target groups and advertizing channels for the most detailed and exact analytics.

For November, 2016 a system is integrated with Google Analytics.

Entry into the European market

The Atlas Software company developing the Atlas automation system announced in October, 2016 entry into the European market. The international version of service practically does not differ from the Russian and contains the same set of all necessary modules: BPM, CRM, MES, WMS, Service Desk, project management, trade management and finance, knowledge base and corporate social network.

However the European users can begin acquaintance to a new system with the free version of AtlasCRM. She does not turn on the most difficult modules BPM, MES and WMS. At the same time at any time clients can expand without data loss functionality up to the maximum assembly of AtlasERP. It is possible thanks to difficult architecture of service therefore connection or shutdown of one element does not influence work of another.

Also free version contains two new tools. First, the module Internet marketing for integration of a system with the website, social networks and services of analytics for assessment of all advertizing channels in one system. Secondly, the module B2B-shop which is a personal account for each client with an opportunity to trace and to quicker process orders.

Now financial documentation is adapted to the Russian requirements, and in the closest plans of the company development of a necessary document package for each country and the unified European legislation. An exit to international market – a strategic step. Therefore transfer of service on other European languages in addition to English is supposed

Development plans for a system: artificial intelligence

Atlas helps heads to make decisions on the basis of a big array analytical given all and the particulars. Then machine learning will be implemented. Thanks to it a system will self-improve and will begin to create already independently more and more effective solutions adjusted for the previous experience. At the same time the analysis and modeling of a situation can be carried out at any time that will allow to react to changes instantly.

Atlas contains practically all elements for automatic acceptance of management decisions of any complexity. First, the mechanism of accumulation of large volume of data on business processes, partners, finance and employees is developed. Secondly, the analytics tool in the form of the chart Shukharta is created. Any indicator can be estimated in progress and with different recurrence. Thirdly, the designer of complex indicators who allows to take several types of data is implemented and to integrate them in one. Fourthly, the module of management decisions is implemented. The head will see, how exactly this or that action affected indicators. So far this section works in the manual mode, and its automation is a priority task of developers.

Using Atlas the head will begin to receive more and more exact and complete forecasts for a customer behavior, work of employees, efficiency of advertizing channels, the general situation in the market, potential risks or, on the contrary, opportunities for growth. It will allow to find the most effective solutions, based on specific digits, but not momentary rushes and an intuition, and as a result will help to warn problems, but not to solve their post factum.

At the same time work with such data array does not require special skills. The interface is simple and clear, and a system itself collects indicators, considers them and leads to a uniform type. Developers emphasize that a system is available including to small business and will be able to replace third-party analysts, for example, on finance or marketing which cost of services for many is high. As a result it will significantly facilitate life to entrepreneurs.

2015: Atlas BPM

Atlas BPM is the system integrating modules BPM WMS MES CRM HRM, project management and internal social network.

It is possible to store files and documents, including Documents integrated with Google in the module Knowledge base. The panel of the Task integrates all tasks of the employee from several sections and helps to trace deadlines and overdue instructions.
