The Automated System of Control of a Power Supply of the Military Personnel (ASCPSMP) is technology for planning of a food allowance of staff of MO and optimization of budgeted expenses on the maintenance of army dining rooms.

As a part of a HSS the managing server, two infomats with touch screens and biometric sensors for reading fingerprints.

In a system the Russian software is used. According to the statement of the company, it guarantees the due level of information security and personal data protection of the military personnel. Work of a complex is conducted running the Dawn operating system of development [[by Central Research Institute EISU Central Research and Development Institute of economy, information science and management systems|Central Research Institute EISU]].

By means of the first infomat the serviceman can be struck off the register on an allowance. Having obtained necessary data a system calculates necessary quantity of products, removing "excesses" and helping to plan a diet of the military personnel of each division depending on the diagram of the business trips, exercises or tasks connected with a re-deployment. The second infomat implements identification procedures of the military personnel on a fingerprint, on the line of distribution of a power supply.
