2025: Addition of A-Vibe Neural Network

Avito Auto has added technology based on the large language model A-Vibe. It analyzes data from conversations between dealers and potential buyers and helps increase sales - it brings up to 30% of customers ready to buy. The neural network determines the level of customer interest and tells dealers how to improve the quality of service. All possibilities are available free of charge and without restrictions in the Auto Hub with the consent of dealers - a service for automating auto-business. Avito announced this on April 21, 2025.

According to Avito Auto statistics, dealers lose up to 34% of potential transactions due to managers' mistakes in communicating with clients. Avito's technology solves this problem: the neural network analyzes the calls that have taken place, identifies the moments when the client was ready to buy, and recommends that managers have the best way to return to him with a personal offer.

The neural network not only records missed opportunities, but also gives specific recommendations for correcting them, helping to bring negotiations to a successful conclusion and improve the processes of communication with customers. Thanks to the technology, customers will receive a more personalized service and personalized offers. Pilot testing of the technology showed an increase in repeated contacts with customers ready to buy by 16% and an increase in the number of transactions concluded by 5.6%.

Avito Auto's solution is based on its own large language model A-Vibe, adapted to solve the problems of the automotive market. The model was trained on a specialized datacet that includes automotive terms and impersonal transcripts of real conversations with customers, which allows her to accurately understand natural speech and the context of conversations. Thanks to this, A-Vibe is able not only to analyze communications, but also to give recommendations on how to improve them.

The technology works in several stages:

  • Automatic transcription - after the end of the conversation, audio recording is automatically decrypted into text.
  • In-depth analysis of the text - the model evaluates: intonation, key phrases and markers of client interest, execution by the manager of mandatory points of the checklist (for example, a meeting proposal, test drive or fixing the next step - the whole model can evaluate several dozen points)
  • Determining client readiness - the neural network ranks dialogues, highlighting the most interested clients to which the manager should return the fastest.
  • Making recommendations - the model will tell you: what moments were missed, what to focus on next time, how to increase the likelihood of a deal.
  • Dialog data is handled anonymously by the system and remains in the company's secure loop. A-Vibe allows you not only to record errors, but to give managers specific tools to improve results.

For example, car sales worth up to 1.5 million rubles in the third quarter of 2024 increased by 15.8% compared to the last quarter, and year-on-year - by 6.9%.
