2018: Outsourcing of technicians

On July 3, 2018 the service IT distributor of Axoft announced service start "outsourcing of technicians" on a commercial basis. Service is intended for partners of the company who need examination for implementation project implementation. The service will allow partners of Axoft to solve consulting problems using qualified specialists of the distributor in the affordable prices and in terms, optimal for customers, noted in Axoft.

The partners who are working with enterprise-customers, but not having competences for full implementing solutions will be able to carry out "turnkey" projects by Axoft forces. The distributor provides a full range of services: consultations, demonstrations, audit, piloting, implementation, training.

The company is ready to take projects on complex implementation of the following systems for implementation: control of security and compliance to standards (MaxPatrol 8, MaxPatrol SIEM i PT Application Firewall) virtualizations servers Red Hat Virtualization, enciphering electronic e-mails, prevention of zero day attacks of the company FireEye, firewalls Palo Alto Networks next generation, technology monitoring IT infrastructures (SolarWinds Micro Focus NNM), detection and prevention of the attacks on web applications (PT Application Firewall), collecting and event management information security (Micro Focus ArcSight) Kaspersky Anti Targeted Attack Platform (KATA); and also to creation of processes of safe development and the analysis of the code using the solutions Micro Focus Fortify.

The IT distributor guarantees complete confidentiality in work with customers. The provided service can be interesting also to the partners having technical expertize.

We offer our partners a type of service which they will be able to integrate into the work with customers and to increase with them effective interaction. Those tasks which were postponed due to the lack of resources and necessary examination earlier will be solved the Axoft resources now. At the same time partners will be able to earn profit for the company, will not lose control over the customer as it can be if to transfer the potential project of a third party — Konstantin Savchenko, the head of support department and development of sales of the corporate software of Axoft company emphasized.

2017: Start of "Technical support of 1 and 2 levels"

In June, 2017 the service IT distributor Axoft began to provide the automated "Technical Support of 1 and 2 Levels" service. The service extending to solutions Microsoft Acronis, Palo Alto Networks and billing platform AxoftCloud, implemented based on Active Platform, is available to partners and their customers since June 1, 2017. Among advantages of new service there are an automated service process, staff of the certified specialists, Russian-language support.

With the advent of this service partners and customers receive a uniform contact point on technical issues – the engineering service organized according to the best world practices of ITSM methodology. Possibilities of technical support from Axoft: the automated service process, including a convenient personal account with a possibility of tracking of all necessary data on requests, the selected certified specialists, Russian-language support.

The IT distributor begins to provide technical support of 1 and 2 levels – to advise customers in the course of implementation and operation of the solution. In particular, technical specialists of Axoft will help not only on the basic, the most often found questions, but also on the tasks requiring individual approach. For consultations of customers and preparation of answers the staff of engineers of the IT distributor will work with the arriving requests via the ServiceDesk system.

At the first stage of work of service technical support will be available to customers of solutions Acronis Backup Cloud Microsoft Office 365 Microsoft Azure, Palo Alto Networks and users of the billing AxoftCloud platform. Expansion of number of the vendors and solutions available to providing this service is in the long term planned.
