2025: Implementation of the Double Selection Tool

B2B-Center The company, part of the B2B-PTC, the Russian IT a platform for digital procurement and sales, has implemented an additional tool in the Corporate Internet Store (CIM) - "Double Selection." With it, any employee, not only the buyer, will be able to get the best price and favorable conditions from trusted suppliers. You no longer need to spend time on a pile of documentation and conduct a full-fledged tender. This was announced by B2B-Center on September 25, 2025.

Many B2C sites simply do not have the ability to bargain with the seller. In the B2B segment, such practices appear belatedly. We have implemented a tool in KIM that is already well established in our B2B Altis procurement platform. With Double Selection, users can request current prices from trusted vendors. Especially for goods with an unstable cost or those that are rarely found in the catalog - commented Andrei Boyko, commercial director of the B2B-Center.

The tool uses the "Simple Procurement" mechanism - a request for quotations without long procedures, but subject to open competition. The user formulates an application, store suppliers offer their prices, availability and analogues. Next, the system automatically generates the order and sends it for registration.

So, with the help of "Double selection" you can get a price lower than in the catalog, update the conditions under the master contract, order services or works that are not in the assortment. Thus, procurement processes are significantly accelerated without loss of efficiency.

KIM is a cloud-based solution (SaaS) for fast business purchases that works as a familiar marketplace. In it, any employees of companies can independently order everything they need - from office to tools - without the participation of buyers and complex procedures. Already more than 20 of the largest players in the Russian market use KIM.

Citylink became a supplier on the KIM platform

Citylink became a supplier on the KIM platform. This was announced by B2B-Center on October 24, 2024.

Now Citylink's corporate clients (Citylink Business) can buy the company's goods and services not only directly on the retailer's website, but also through the KIM platform - the B2B-Center cloud solution.

The KIM service is a convenient procurement management system of legal entities, which makes the routine process of purchasing equipment, equipment and other goods comfortable and effective. Business representatives get the opportunity to:

  • monitor all processes,
  • minimize risks,
  • optimize the procurement process,
  • reduce time costs,
  • reduce the cost of operations.

The order is made as in a regular online store - from the catalog of accredited suppliers. All transactions are conducted in accordance with established rules and standards - this is especially important for medium and large companies, where control over internal purchases plays a key role.

The popularity of electronic corporate sales sites in Russia continues to gain momentum. According to analysts, their share of the total number of online sales in the first half of 2022 increased by 8.2% compared to 2021, and exceeded the growth of the entire market by 3 times. In 2024, according to Kontur Vitrina, the number of B2B buyers reached 6.77 million, most of which are LLC and individual entrepreneurs. And among these companies, about 1.4 million prefer to make purchases through marketplaces.

Some large corporations in every possible way encourage their holdings and subsidiaries to purchase from B2B-Marketplaces. For them, this is to facilitate control and reduce the cost of the operation for internal purchases. And for us, this is an opportunity to expand our customer base and increase sales volumes. We also look forward to promoting the product and the opportunity to increase brand awareness. We want Citylink's goods and services to be available to the largest number of customers, "said Evgenia Muravyova, Director of Corporate Sales at Citylink (Citylink Business).
