2025: Simple Procurement Tool Launch

B2B-Center has launched the Simple Purchase tool on the electronic marketplace. It helps you procure without complex tenders, reducing labor costs and reducing buyer-supplier transaction time to 1-2 days. The simplified procedure meets all the requirements of transparency and procurement regulations of companies. The company announced this on December 18, 2025.

"Simple procurement" simplifies the purchase of goods and services necessary to maintain the daily work of the office or production: office, spare parts, consumables, cleaning, repair, and so on. The added functionality is especially useful for services with an unstable, daily changing cost. The tool does not require the preparation of volumetric documentation and the conduct of a classic tender. It is enough for the buyer to describe what he wants to buy, and AI algorithms will find specialized suppliers from which it will be possible to choose the best offer, form an order and send it for registration. In this case, you can choose the winner without waiting for the established deadlines for the end of the purchase.

For suppliers, "Simple Purchase" opens an additional and easy sales channel. If the company meets the purchasing parameters, it automatically receives a notification and can immediately submit an offer: specify the price, VAT, payment terms and delivery date. You can participate in individual items, without the obligation to close the entire volume. The fee is taken from the winner of the purchase only in the case of an order. In addition, "Simple Purchase" allows sellers to buy the necessary goods themselves, without moving to other sites. By the way, the database of suppliers B2B-Center collected more than 600 thousand companies with goods and services for any requests and volumes.

"Simple purchases" are available to all registered B2B-Center users.

Restrictions due to the pandemic affected many customers of the site and certification centers. Therefore, we launched a simple electronic signature to protect the bidders and ensure uninterrupted operation of the site. With such a signature, supplier companies can participate in B2B-Center in all purchases of commercial customers and most of the tenders held by state-owned companies under law No. 223-FZ,
explained Andrei Boyko, commercial director B2B-Center

Access to a simple display is carried out through a PIN code. Therefore, it works on any computer or mobile device without key media and special software.

We have developed a scheme for identifying the owner of a simple signature through the employer company and its bank account. This guarantees the legal purity of the use of the presented type of signature. In addition, we additionally certify all documents signed by a simple EP with a qualified electronic signature of the site operator,
told Andrey Boyko

To obtain a simple electronic signature, it is enough for the site customers to pay the offer account from the company's settlement account and send a scan of the signature holder's passport.

2018: Unified service with ZakazRF

On October 9, 2018, B2B-Center announced that electronic trading platforms B2B-Center and ZakazRF launched a joint service for purchasing state-owned companies from small and medium-sized businesses.

We combined the capabilities of sites from two segments - corporate and public procurement. Now our customer customers will be able to fulfill the requirements of the law and preserve the built-in business processes, and suppliers - participate in procurement at both sites without additional actions. Plus, do not forget that such a partnership increases the competitiveness of purchases, because buyers will have access to two supplier databases at once.

On October 1, 2018, the joint decision of the site operator ZakazRF and B2B-Center was accredited Ministry of Finance Russia to conduct purchases from small and medium-sized businesses under Law No. 223-FZ in electronic form.

From October 2018, purchases from SMEs of the largest state-owned companies operating on B2B-Center will take place at the accredited ZakazRF site. At the same time, supplier users will be able to work in a single personal account, track purchases and submit proposals at two sites at once.

2017

Certification Center Services Monitoring

The B2B-Center electronic trading platform launched in May 2017 automatic monitoring of certification center services that participate in the creation and authentication of advanced electronic signatures (WEP). Signatures of this type are necessary for suppliers to participate in the procurement of Rosatom State Corporation.

The system monitors in real time the availability of over 120 OSCP servers (Online Certificate Status Protocol) throughout Russia, with the help of which the status of the WEP certificate is checked. If the OCSP server of the certification center is unavailable or reports an error, the site user who registered the certificate of this center will be notified of the problem. He can check his signature in advance, contact the certification center and resolve the issue before the end of the auction.

- During electronic procurement, the supplier may not have time to submit his proposal if his electronic signature does not work due to problems on the side of the certification center. Therefore, at the initiative of the state corporation, we introduced real-time monitoring. As a result, suppliers can learn in advance about possible problems, test their signature on the site and plan the submission of the proposal, - said Alexey Degtyarev, General Director of the B2B-Center.

The EP is necessary to confirm the actions of the participants during the procurement procedure. For example, to submit an offer or other documentation. The improved EP, which is mandatory for the procurement of Rosatom State Corporation, ensures the authorship and authenticity of information, the legal significance of the document, as well as the ability to confirm the validity of the certificate at the time of signing the document after a long period of time. The WEP for participation in the procurement of nuclear industry enterprises in the B2B-Center system is issued by 61 Russian certification centers.

Parametric Purchasing Service

The B2B-Center electronic trading platform has developed a service for conducting parametric purchases that automate the selection of a supplier according to the combination of optimal technical characteristics and price of goods.

The customer can now upload to the site a list of parameters that describe the technical details of the procurement. In order to submit your proposal, the supplier must indicate the values of all mandatory characteristics in a standardized form. As a result, the customer will receive an automatic comparison of supplier offers for prices and product parameters.

For example, when purchasing a transformer, the customer can specify more than 40 characteristics with certain values: the type of the transformer itself, the type of insulation, ventilation, windings, the degree of protection, the maximum noise level, and much more. Based on the results of the collection of applications, he will see a comparative table in which he can evaluate the technical component of the submitted proposals.

"When purchasing complex technical equipment, it is extremely important to compare options for its implementation, manufacturers, characteristics. To do this, companies develop detailed technical tasks, and parametric procurement helps automate the collection of proposals from suppliers that meet the customer's documentation as much as possible. This significantly reduces the burden on procurement divisions, saves time and allows more efficient procurement of the necessary equipment, "said Alexey Degtyarev, General Director of the B2B-Center
.

In the past, purchasing department employees used to compare vendor proposals in different formats manually. Now they have the opportunity to collect information in a standardized form and automatically analyze it. At the same time, customers can store the parameters of purchased goods and services directly in the B2B-Center system using the procurement regulatory reference information management service.

2016

At the end of 2016, the B2B-Center electronic trading platform optimized the My Suppliers cloud service for large holdings with an extensive hierarchical structure. The application works on the basis of site data and allows customer companies to manage information about participants in their trading procedures.

Specialists of procurement divisions of enterprises belonging to the same group were able to maintain a single register of suppliers of the holding, analyze data across the entire group of companies and individual subsidiaries, as well as form lists of unreliable and proven suppliers in various areas.

Specialists of the parent organization can standardize supplier tags for the entire holding, which avoids duplication and double accounting, as well as recommend bona fide suppliers to subsidiaries. Accordingly, the specialists of the subsidiary can use the common tag base and register of unreliable suppliers, as well as comments and files downloaded by colleagues from other enterprises of the group.

"The integration of the service with our site makes it possible to invite proven suppliers to the customer's procurement procedures in a few clicks," said Alexey Degtyarev, CEO of B2B-Center. "A single database of information allows you to clarify the necessary data on the counterparty without unnecessary approvals, correspondence and calls, which greatly simplifies the work of procurement divisions and the choice of winners in new trading procedures."

The "My Suppliers" application allows you to store any data about counterparties, work with them, group and filter them by arbitrary characteristics, as well as form current statistical reports.
