BARS. Obstetric aid monitoring - the information and analytical system intended for control of a demographic situation in the region and automation of work of obstetric and gynecologic service.

The technology is focused on use in the perinatal centers, antenatal clinics, maternity hospitals and territorial authorities of management of health care. A system provides registration of patients in uniform regional base of pregnant women. Owing to  centralization  data on each woman in labor are available to doctors of profile organizations of the region at any time. 

2019

System implementation of monitoring of obstetric aid in 11 regions of Russia

On December 26, 2019 the BARS GROUP company reported that it implemented an obstetric aid monitoring system in 11 regions of Russia. Since 2019 medical institutions of Primorsky Krai began to use the solution. Development allows specialists to control a complex of medical and diagnostic procedures at all stages of conducting pregnancy.

According to the company, the monitoring system of pregnant women provides support of key processes of obstetric aid. It helps to register patients, if necessary separating them on risk groups, automates control of passing of planned consultations, instrumental and laboratory researches and also makes the schedule of acceptances and creates data of medical statistics. Development is suitable for application in any profile medical institutions: medical and obstetrical centers, antenatal clinics, maternity hospitals and perinatal centers.

Since 2019 a system began to function in Primorsky Krai, data more than 8000 patients are already entered into it. All obstetricians-gynecologists working with it underwent training and certification. Since 2017 the solution is successfully operated in the Tula, Nizhny Novgorod, Tambov, Saratov, Chelyabinsk, Novosibirsk, Tomsk and Sakhalin regions, in Stavropol Krai and the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania.

A system contains biometric these patients, data on the postponed diseases and medical analyses, results of ultrasonography and KTG. Based on these data, the solution is capable to predict the possible risks connected with the woman's status and to give hints to the doctor at whom it is observed.

The product is integrated with the state information systems in the field of health care and other software products.

Transition to GOST of enciphering P34.10-2012

2015: Announcement of software "BARS. Obstetric aid monitoring"

On December 14, 2015 the BARS GROUP company provided software "to BARS. Obstetric aid monitoring" for conducting control of delivery of health care to women during pregnancy, childbirth and in the postnatal period. 

For information support of the obstetrician-gynecologist in the software product modern  method of calculation of key indicators and plans of maintaining the pregnant woman, instruments of monitoring of her status and also the automatic notification about critical changes are put. A system helps to watch the women in labor entering into high risk group effectively. In a complex with other measures "BARS. Obstetric aid monitoring" helps to have an impact on the level of infantile, maternal death rate and disability in the region. 

A system provides  formation of the periodic and operational reporting  for managers, chief physicians, heads of governing bodies of health care.

In addition to use on stationary PCs, the possibility of the organization  of mobile access  to necessary information is provided.
