2018: Opening of the direction

On October 2, 2018 the BARS GROUP company announced expansion of a service portfolio and opening of the direction – normative and GR maintenance (Government Relations, about engl. interaction with public authorities) state and business customers when implementing IT solutions in the domestic market.

The digital economy set the task of large-scale technology transformation. The strong base – the comfortable legal framework which will exclude barriers in development of domestic competences and technologies is for this purpose necessary. BARS GROUP, opening the next direction, will make a contribution to development of digital economy not only thanks to development of IT solutions, but also using ensuring legal consulting. According to the company, development of the digital project and its release face legal regulation problems and also permanent political and economic market changes. The output to the market of IT solutions which customers are authorities of the state and regional level requires the corresponding normative basis. For this purpose the company will render services in comprehensive maintenance of project development of regulatory legal acts, the analysis of established practices and preparation of necessary arguments for promotion of initiatives.

Within GR maintenance the company will help to provide the organization of building a dialogue between business community and the power to represent the interests of the customer. It is also dictated by interest from authorities which aim to consider needs of the corporate sector during creation of the comfortable right margin.
