2019: Testing replenishment through brokerage account SBP

On December 24, 2019, the Russian Standard Bank announced that private investors, clients of members of the National Association of Stock Market Participants (NAUFOR), began to replenish brokerage accounts through the Quick Payment System (SBP). With the help of the updated application "My Broker," replenishment through the SBP of the brokerage account for the purchase of securities will occur almost instantly. As of December 24, 2019, test payments are being made in a closed group of users. After completion of testing, the technology will be available to all BCS Broker customers in the My Broker mobile application and web office.

Bank Russian Standard provides technological support for the service and connection of the broker to the SBP.

The technology is simple. It is enough for the investor to choose payment through the SBP and enter the necessary amount of replenishment of the account. Then, the QR code and the "Go to payment" button are generated on the mobile phone screen, which you need to press. And to complete the payment, the client will be automatically forwarded to the bank's mobile application, where he has an account. The payer bank must also be a member of the SBP.

The mobile bank of the Russian Standard was the first application to support such a "seamless" transition between applications for quickly replenishing a brokerage account through the SBP, which does not require scanning the QR code.
