Smart office is the solution for corporate clients from VimpelCom (a brand Beeline) providing a full integration of all telecommunication services at office of the client.

Having used the solution "Smart Office" the client receives telephone services with functionality of the virtual PBX, Internet access and also additional services: local network and firewall. All these services are controlled with the help of the web interface from a personal account, access to which is provided for each workplace of the client. Also the solution "Smart Office" includes providing the equipment to the client.

The new solution is implemented in full accordance with the concept of the managed services which provides use of the equipment on the party of the operator for the organization of communication at "turnkey" office on the one hand, and an opportunity for clients to manage independently functionality of Smart office on the other hand. Thus, Beeline Business allows the client to optimize investments into non-core assets and highly skilled personnel.

With the help of Smart office it is possible to organize office from 32 jobs. The cost of the organization of one workplace is 2000 rub. Further the client pays a subscription fee of 2500 rub. For connection of additional services lump sum payment is levied. The service Virtual PBX provides monthly fixed payment in the amount of 220 rub. Voice traffic and traffic of a data network are paid depending on the operating tariff plan.
