It will help the companies to redistribute labor resources in the conditions of a crisis situation, and to applicants — quickly to find work.

Beremnarabotu.ru will help to take care of time employment of employees to the companies which are forced to suspend the activity in connection with the taken measures for self-isolation of citizens and restriction of activity of the enterprises. The companies can create own profile on a marketplace and specify data on the number of employees and their specialization. The Beremnarabotu.ru project is started within an ecosystem of Sberbank. Работа.ру acts as the operator of a marketplace of vacancies — the combined team of Sberbank and Работа.ру started the pilot version of the project in short terms, in 2 days. For April 2, 2020 on the portal well to more than 1500 open vacancies in 45 cities of Russia. In the next few days there will be additional functions: search of vacancies for individuals, placement of open vacancies for the companies with deficit of employees and also business profiles for the companies which want to employ the workers in the conditions of temporary suspension of activity.
