The service of BetterFly Services from MAYKOR group will allow customer company of the sphere of retail to increase control over quality of work of contract service organizations, to lower operating costs, to adjust competent operation of infrastructure.
Service acts as the platform of interaction between the retail company and its contractors and is designed in such a way that connection of customer company to it takes only several weeks. When using service the customer company will be able to lower operating costs to 40%, to increase personnel labor productivity by 25-30% and to minimize the number of expired requests. For representation of service in the MAYKOR group the new subsidiary company of the same name - BetterFly Services is created.
The service of BetterFly Services is the MAYKOR joint project and the command heading so far Blok Supports of Business of the retail network X5 Retail Group, largest in Russia. Throughout the period of 2007-2012 the mentioned command successfully organized work of all internal servicing divisions of X5 Retail Group and external suppliers of services, the system knowledge base regarding building of processes by managements of services on the basis of the most modern approaches in the world was as a result created. This experience also is the basis for the idea of BetterFly Services which is designed to replicate this unique experience, from now on in foreign market, for any retail company.
BetterFly Services optimizes management of services in auxiliary processes of customer company - for example, in IT, facility management, logistics, personnel management, in the field of processing of customer complaints and other services rendered by both internal services, and professional outsourcers.
