2025: Availability of High Precision Cartography in the Electronic Work Permit Module

SL Soft (Softline Group of Companies) has released an updated version of the "Electronic Work Permit" module of the Visitech platform. The main update was the introduction of high-precision cartography and monitoring tools for the state of objects, which will allow enterprises to carry out operations with work permits in a single visual space. Softline announced this on May 27, 2025.

Users of the system can now take advantage of the enhanced capabilities of delivering a single boxed solution. Updating the module allows you to create a single high-precision enterprise map that displays the current work on the created work permits, the marking of functional areas and workspaces, as well as all the necessary information for each work. If necessary, work with floor plans of facilities and buildings is supported, which is especially useful for large production sites where work is carried out on the territory of complex multi-level facilities. This release also simplifies the work permit processes by reducing the number of manual operations and automatically completing fields. In addition, it is possible to integrate with employee geo-positioning systems, video analytics and the industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), which will ensure a higher level of security and monitoring of work progress.

The main purpose of the Electronic Work Permit (END) module is to digitize and simplify the procedure for issuing and coordinating work permits for high-risk work. Thanks to the transition to electronic format, approval and approval of work permits can be carried out using an electronic digital signature. Paper outfits are completely replaced with electronic ones and are available for display on tablets, which makes the system convenient and mobile on the work site.

Using the module reduces the amount of paperwork, simplifies access to information and speeds up the process of registration and admission to work, minimizing downtime and associated costs.

The updated version of the END module allows not only to improve production processes, but also to increase their transparency and safety. The integration of high-precision cartography and functions for monitoring objects at industrial sites into the system of accounting for electronic work permits for high-risk work is a step towards creating a single digital space of the enterprise, where all processes work smoothly and promptly - said Dmitry Chernyshev, Visitech product manager at SL Soft.

2024: Issue of "Electronic Work Permit" in boxed version

SL Soft (Softline Group of Companies) on December 26, 2024 presented an updated version of the "Electronic Work Permit" module of the Visitech platform.

Electronic Work Permit is now available as a boxed software product, greatly simplifying installation and increasing the availability of the solution to more businesses looking for rapid digital transformation.

This version of the module uses a single and universal software framework adapted for typical tasks, such as the design and approval of work permits, displaying the place of work on the map, tracking changes, forming the necessary risk guides and logs. All this significantly reduces the cost of resources for further modernization. Users will quickly receive important updates without complex configuration and additional costs. The module is regularly updated in accordance with the law.

The "electronic work permit" was developed using the Angular and Node.js frameworks and libraries, which provides increased performance, fault tolerance and great opportunities for further refinement of the solution.

The main purpose of the module is to digitize and simplify the procedure for issuing and approving orders. Thanks to the transition to digital format, coordination can be carried out using an electronic signature (EP). Paper outfits are completely replaced with digital versions and become available for display on tablets, which makes the system convenient and mobile on the workplace.

The use of the product simplifies access to information, as well as speeds up the process of registration and admission to work, minimizing downtime and associated costs.
