CMD-Soft: Mailing lists

Mailing lists - the application for bulk mailing of the SMS or e-mail of messages by the set parameters. The module for work as a part of the systems of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM family.

The functionality of the module provides preparation and start of mailing in "five clicks", the developer company stated:

• the choice of intrinsic parameter of mailing (the main entity concerning which mailing is performed. For example, insurance contract, sheet of maintenance, service, physical person, etc.)
• representation choice (system, or user). This representation will determine parameters of inclusion of cards of clients in the mailing list. After that the user can select all found cards or their some part.
• choice of a type of mailing (SMS or e-mail message).
• the choice of a template of sending (the template should be prepared in advance)
• clicking of the Create Mailing button by which the Mailing lists card concerning which it is possible to browse the sent SMS and e-mail of the notification will be created.

The reference book "Mailing Parameters" as a part of which setup of an entity on the basis of which it is dispatched to the SMS and e-mail templates and conditions of sending notifications is provided in a system.

There is an opportunity to configure preconditions of getting of cards into the mailing list. It helps to avoid "reproduction" of different representations and to set selection conditions which cannot be configured using representation. For example, if on a condition at clients "individuals" it is necessary to check consent to sending Sms, and in case of otsutstviyataky permission (for example, "daws" in the corresponding field) not to include cards in the mailing list.

2016: The module is compatible to Microsoft Dynamics CRM

On March 31, 2016 the CMD-Soft company announced results of testing for compatibility of the module "Mailing lists" with the upgraded versions of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Testing proved independence of operability of the module of the version of the CRM system.

The application for bulk mailing allows the business user to carry out without the assistance of IT specialists mass sending the SMS or e-mail of messages by the set parameters.

Modules "Mailing lists" and "CMD-Soft: WordMerger" facilitate work of users of the CRM system, giving them the chance with the minimum efforts at the high level to wage notifications and mass campaigns for the selected segments of the customer base for available communication channels.
