2021: Enterprise Portal based on 1C-Bitrix24 and Microsoft SharePoint

As of March 2021, Corus Consulting offers the Enterprise Portal solution based on 1C-Bitrix24 and Microsoft SharePoint solutions.

"KORUS|Corporate portal on the 1C-Bitriks24 platform" is a ready-made solution that combines familiar working tools in a single space. It can be deployed locally on the server or in the cloud.

"KORUS|Enterprise portal on the 1C-Bitriks24 platform" allows you to:

  • Formalize and optimize routine operations.
  • Reduce the influence of the human factor.
  • Speed up typical tasks.
  • Design and run new business processes.
  • Organize business processes of various complexity: from publishing news on the portal to shipping goods.
  • Create your own business processes using the Visual Business Process Editor.

In turn, the enterprise portal on the Microsoft SharePoint platform is a solution for organizing interaction between employees of the company. The flexibility of Microsoft SharePoint allows you to implement any business scenario using the enterprise portal.

The SharePoint-based portal will help to unite and involve employees in the life of the company, quickly inform them about the news and collect feedback, adapt newcomers, work on tasks and projects in a single space, store work files and corporate information in a common database - all this locally, on company equipment, or in the cloud (including Microsoft 365).

2012: Document Management and Enterprise Portal services based on Windows Azure

In September 2012, KORUS Consulting announced the launch of sales of Russia's first Document Management and Corporate Portal services based on Windows Azure. The use of the Microsoft cloud platform allowed KORUS Consulting to expand the portfolio of products offered and increase the flexibility of pricing policy. And customer companies have the opportunity to optimize the cost of ownership of the solution and scale it on demand.

The new proposal includes the services of the corporate intranet portal, contract document management (DDO), organizational and administrative document management (ORD), incoming/outgoing documents, and service notes.

"The
Microsoft Cloud Platform opens up opportunities for us to enter new market segments and offer customers the best applications to help increase productivity, reduce costs and take business processes to a qualitatively new level. Our Document Management and Enterprise Portal solutions, now available on the SaaS model, take advantage of Microsoft cloud technologies. By helping customers optimize the cost of ownership of a solution, they provide flexibility in using resources. If the load increases literally within a few minutes, you can add additional resources or, on the contrary, abandon unnecessary capacity when activity decreases - for example, in the summer. In the same way, you can expand the functionality of solutions at any time by connecting new modules literally within a couple of hours, "said Alexander Nevinchany, director of the Microsoft Basic Solutions Department of KORUS Consulting.

The Document Management and Enterprise Portal cloud services are introduced very quickly: within 3-5 days, KORUS Consulting specialists install the solution, configure access rights, including integration into the enterprise's local network, and train customer technical specialists. At the same time, the client can choose a typical solution or castomize it according to his needs and security policies.

All CORUS Consulting cloud services support two-way data export: if the client decides to unsubscribe from the service for some reason, all its data is easily transferred from the cloud to the local network of the enterprise.
