2021: Purpose, CSI K Components
The company's own development, introduced by CSI in 2020, is the CSI K. self-service kiosk. The multidisciplinary platform is designed to become the basis of various projects for the introduction of self-service technologies.
Implemented in the concept of modularity - supporting the configuration variability, CSI K can perform various functions: become a self-service cash desk in retail, a kiosk for ordering and paying in HoReCa, an information rack in the shopping center, a pedestal control module, etc.
Inside - tested components and equipment: Pirit 2F fiscal recorder, system unit, CSI RX1 scanner Datalogic Magellan 1500 and components of the kiosk power circuit. The housing is designed taking into account the possibility of installing identifications the customer's 3D camera on the face (). face recognition
CSI K cash desks already operate in retail chains as payment stations under the control of Set SCO:
- interface for large vertical screens (32 inches) with large viewing angles,
- visualization can be easily customized - changing pictures, colors of buttons and elements by simply changing configuration files,
- all business processes previously implemented by the retailer at the self-service cash desk with Set SCO are supported, in which case CSI K will work "out of the box" without additional improvements.
The retailer, together with CSI K, receives a set of materials for self-implementation of self-service technologies (check lists, expert recommendations and step-by-step instructions from installation, island design and software configuration - up to the use of stickers on the case and video lessons).

2020: CSI K Release
In October 2020, CSI introduced its own development - the CSI K payment station, an industrial solution for the quick launch of self-service technology in online retail, with various installation options and a complete set of documents and check lists for self-implementation.
