ChatNavigator is the omnichannel dialogue platform in a natural language.

The platform provides automation of processing of addresses and robotization of business processes and also a possibility of creation of unified dialogue environment of customer interaction.

Solutions based on ChatNavigator, such as chat-bots, virtual consultants, robots, voice assistants and assistants, allow to conduct natural dialogue with the help of text messages or a voice.
