2024: Product Announcement
At the end of October 2024, Bear Robotics introduced the Carti 100 warehouse robots, capable of carrying loads of up to 100 kg and synchronizing work so as not to collide with each other. This ensures high efficiency and accuracy of operation, as well as uninterrupted interaction between operations, which increases performance and reduces costs. The adaptive design of warehouse robots allows them to be used in various environments, including areas with existing and new objects, as well as multi-level spaces.
The fully customizable Carti 100 robot is equipped with adjustable shelves, smart conveyor belts and special lighting technologies. In shelf operations, it optimizes performance by booting quickly and deploying offline. According to the manufacturer, its adaptive navigation optimizes travel routes, minimizes errors and facilitates work with personnel. In addition, it is equipped with a self-contained recharging system that minimizes downtime. During conveyor operations, the Carti 100 aligns the tray with the conveyor for smooth transitions. The developers promise that the integrated ACS management system provides efficient loading and unloading according to the production schedule.
Bear Robotics has been developing autonomous robotics hotel business health care for several years, and their Servi robots are already used in the field, and retail throughout, and North America. To Europe "Bear Asia Robotics is not just one element of the robotics revolution; we are pioneers shaping the future of logistics, "said John Ha, CEO and co-founder of the company. "And the Carti 100 robot reflects a major leap in warehouse automation, increasing the efficiency and performance of a dynamic market around the world."[1]
