Citrix Analytics is technology of support of security systems and the analysis of behavior of users.

2020: Анонс Citrix Analytics for Performance

On February 12, 2020 the Citrix Systems company announced release of service of the next generation Citrix Analytics for Performance. Without being limited to monitoring of a server framework, this service allows IT administrators to reveal at the level of certain users, and quickly them to eliminate problems with performance, providing comfortable working conditions, increasing the involvement of employees and, as a result, performance of their work.

According to the developer, using own mechanism of the machine learning processing in real time telemetry which arrives from Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops Citrix Analytics for Performance quantitatively presents comfort of work in the form of the report of indicators. At the same time not only the capacity of the computer, but also such parameters influencing access to the application as user registration time, time of cross-network delay and even stability of network are considered. This report will help the IT administrator:

  • to quickly detect a labor productivity decline and to establish its reasons;
  • reduce quantity of calls to a support service concerning operation of applications;
  • to quickly reveal user groups or separate business objects where problems with performance are observed;
  • trace trends of performance and anomaly of comfort of work of users;
  • it is effective to scale a working environment taking into account the current loading;
  • in a complex to estimate and make reports on system performance and comfort of work of users.

As of February, 2020 the Citrix Analytics for Performance service is available and compatible to local and cloud Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop options.

2017: Announcement of Citrix Analytics

On May 23, 2017 the Citrix Systems company provided Citrix Analytics technology.

The product expands functionality of the solution Citrix NetScaler Management and Analytics System (MAS). It included functions of detection of behavior and pro-active permission of risks.

In this development the technology is used machine learning. A system analyzes data sets within the products Citrix (XenApp/XenDesktop XenMobile ShareFile, NetScaler), uses algorithms of machine learning and technology of determination of change of behavior of applications that the IT organizations could find and quickly solve the problems connected with reduction in the rate of work of infrastructure.
