The Cloud Clinic service in 3 months of work became popular with a third of the population of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic. It became known on September 21, 2020. The project of the Ministry of Health of Yakutia started in June, 2020 allows to perform medical services online.
According to the Ministry of Health of Yakutia, for September, 2020 Cloud clinic totals more than 346 thousand active users. Service of telemedicine services gives the chance to consult remotely with the doctor, minimizing personal contacts of the doctor and a patsiyent. It became the convenient instrument of diagnostics during distribution of COVID-19. The application allows to keep track remotely of health of the people staying on the dispensary registry, being on a quarantine and living in the remote places. In a system all necessary data of the patient are fixed: card, analysis results and inspections.
Cloud clinic is very relevant in the period of a pandemic as it allows to organize remote acceptance of patients, it reduces risk of infection as for doctors, and patients. It is important that work of doctors with information is arranged – all data on patients are fixed in a single electronic system, it reduces time for processing and introduction of data. Thanks to consultations online, acceptances and for patients who are on a quarantine became more available to inhabitants of the remote places. Also online acceptances are necessary when it is required to keep track of health of patients daily — the minister of innovations, digital development and infocommunication technologies of Yakutia Anatoly Semyonov commented. |
The innovative solutions in the field of digital health care — the tool for improvement of quality of rendering medical services and involvement of the patient in treatment process, are convinced of the republic. Use of the application requires authorization via the portal of public services and consent to personal data processing. Cloud clinic is available to new users both in web browsers, and in app stores of AppStore and PlayMarket.
Start of Cloud Clinic service
On May 18, 2020 in Yakutia the Cloud Clinic service is started. It will give the chance to consult with doctors far off, to keep "The diary of health", to open and close the sick leave note. For May, 2020 it is focused on work with the patients who are in the mode of self-isolation and in a risk zone on COVID-19.
Specialists of the Medical center of Yakutsk, the Yakut city hospital No. 3, the Lensk central district hospital and the Suntar central district hospital are involved in implementation of a pilot project in the territory of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic.
Cloud clinic will allow to save the card of the patient in a medical information system that will be very convenient both for doctors, and for patients.
Service will significantly facilitate work of doctors and Rospotrebnadzor as all data on patients are recorded electronically. It will reduce time for processing and introduction of data, will allow to keep track daily remotely of health of people on self-isolation and to hold consultations online.
