ConsID TMS (Transportation Managament System) is a system for complex process automation of control of transport and transportation of goods. ConsID TMS reduces time of planning of transportations and provides cost reduction due to optimization of loading of vehicles, effective calculation of routes and tracking of delivery of a load.

The tasks solved by ConsID TMS:

  • optimization of use of vehicle fleet, increase in volume of transportations;
  • decrease in cost value of transportations thanks to optimal loading of vehicles;
  • fall forward and accuracy of accomplishment of orders;
  • accounting and cost analysis on cargo transportation;
  • reduction of transportation costs for 10-20%;
  • efficiency evaluation of cargo transportation using analytical tools.

Functionality of ConsID TMS

  • Management of requests for the vehicles (V), scheduling of the CU, registration and printing of traveling and route sheets;
  • Automatic formation of runs taking into account a set of restrictions and rules for calculation of routes: on time and a distance, characteristics of the CU, delivery points, temporary windows, a gasoline consumption, etc.;
  • Possibility of formation of several different delivery patterns;
  • Assessment of extent and duration of runs, calculation of cost of transportation with flexibly configured tasksetter of cost of services;
  • Execution of operations of an overload, temporary storage, cross docking using mobile devices and technology of barcoding;
  • Registration of cargo transportation with indication of the selected cargo transportation parameters, registration of weight and a dimension of a load, its features, the number of places;
  • Registration of acceptance of a load on control points of run, confirmation of the fact of receiving a load;
  • Loading of tracking from a monitoring system, comparison of planned and actual targets;
  • Status monitoring of the CU, accounting of fuel and lubricants, maintenance accomplishment, accounting of the equipment;
  • The cost accounting on transportation, fuel and lubricants, repairs, the salary, penalties of traffic police and other direct and indirect costs, automatic allocation of costs on runs and shipping requests;
  • Automatic formation of the analytical reporting under different indicators
