The ConsID CTMS system is intended for control automation by the container terminal and all transactions with containers and loads in its territory. ConsID CTMS provides management of operation of the overload equipment, transport and personnel, control of movement of containers, operational planning of tasks to personnel taking into account the current situation. ConsID CTMS can be used on the automobile, railway or multimodal terminal where there are tasks of management of import, storage, export of containers by means of motor or railway transport.
All transactions under control of ConsID CTMS are executed using mobile terminals of data collection from which information on all made operations on a radio network is transferred to a system.
In work the RFID technology can be used for identification of containers, for this purpose each container at arrival is supplied with a radio tag. Use of RFID of identification increases information input speed when choosing tasks of processing of a container and saves the operator from manual entry of numbers of containers during the work.
