Konstantin Mikhailik, Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation, noted that the key result of the consolidated work should be the creation of a tool to meet the needs of recipients of public services in the field of construction in various life situations within the framework of seamless client paths through an optimal set of digital services that minimizes the number of interactions with the state.

The design of the Construction domain will begin in a few weeks. As part of the work, domain clients will be highlighted, needs, living situations, priority client paths will be designed, a plan will be formed to create new services and migrate existing information systems in accordance with the target architecture. Among other things, it is supposed to protect the concept of digital transformation of a domain and form its target domain architecture taking into account priority client paths.

The domain design methodology implemented by GosTech has already been tested on the Sport, Nauka, Ecology and other domains. It involves the parallel work of several groups of experts at once: the client path design group, the IT architecture group and the regulatory documentation analysis group.

Such collaboration will allow not only to analyze client paths in detail and design customer-centric services, but also to fit them into existing or planned information systems with minimal time and resource costs. The principle of reusing services and components of the unified digital platform "GosTech," thanks to which each designed domain enriches the next, "said Vladimir Rakhmanov, First Deputy Director of GosTech.
