Biography

Born July 18, 1983 in the city of Lesozavodsk, Primorsky Territory.

2005: Work in the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation

Appointment of Deputy Minister of Construction

In mid-September 2021, Konstantin Mikhailik was appointed Deputy Minister of Construction, Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation. Before becoming deputy head of the Ministry of Construction, Mikhailik worked as deputy general director of PJSC Rosseti for digital transformation. In his new position, he will be responsible for the digital transformation of the construction industry and housing and communal services.

Earlier in September 2021, Alexander Kozlov, who had held this position since February 2020, left the post of deputy head of the Ministry of Construction of his own free will.
