Corus Consulting: iDocs Marking

"iDocs: Marking" – the integration solution intended for information transfer about the movement of the goods which are subject to obligatory marking in the state accounting system.

The solution is intended for producers of controlled products and also the distributors and retailers enabling its realization.

2020: Opportunities, features and components "iDocs: Marking"

Among systems capabilities "there is iDocs: Marking" for July, 2020:

• Accounting of the marked products at each stage of its movement and also write-offs of the marked products.
• Information transfer about the movement of controlled products in the state system in compliance to requirements of the legislation.
• For the majority of commodity groups control functions are implemented by orders:
  • creation of the order for issue of the codes of marking (CM) and receiving CM according to the order;
  • report generation about use, leaving / rejection, aggregation of KM in a management system for orders and also reporting.

• Under each commodity group functions of marking and tracking are individually implemented:
  • obtaining KM list and list of goods;
  • report generation about input of KM in turnover, including import;
  • report generation about shipment, goods acceptance, the report on an output of KM from turnover for the different reasons, including at sale of goods via the cash register equipment.

• Additional functions:
  • report generation about aggregation of KM (including by the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity codes), on Internet trade processes;
  • integration with GS1.

Components "iDocs Marking":

• Subsystem of exchange with the accounting system of the state regulating authority.
• In it forms ED (XML-messages), further there is a signing of messages of KEP, service of exchange with the IC MT (sending/receiving ED) is performed.
• Accounting system of the client. In it account of codes of identification of packagings is kept, transactions with packagings are considered, service of exchange with an ERP system and WMS is performed.
