On June 1, 2022, the Cyberpik company announced that it had developed the Specter Portal of Rights and Permits system to solve the tasks of the Information Security and IT Departments. The system acts as a single point for issuing, obtaining and managing the rights of employees of the organization.

The main task of the Rights and Permissions Portal is to establish a process in companies to provide employees with access to unstructured information that is stored on the organization's file servers.

The system has the ability to scan file servers and then display all resources. Each resource can be added to the system by assigning a business owner.

If it is necessary to obtain access to the required information, the employee or his/her manager makes a corresponding request through the Portal, which is received by the responsible employee of the Information Security Department or IT. The system notifies about the received applications and their status via mail in a bilateral manner.

The portal allows you to set time limits for the validity of rights and acts as a log that records all active and previously created rights requests with the ability to search by attributes. The solution allows you to customize the list of employees responsible for working with requests.
