2025: Launch of industrial robots to automate CNC turning and milling machines
In May 2025, mass production of industrial robots for automation of turning and milling machines with numerical program control was launched in Russia. We are talking about the production of the robotic complex "Cyber module TechX," created by the company "RT-Center Engineering."
According to the press service of Rostec, the development is designed to automate industrial processes and solve key tasks of enterprises: increasing productivity, reducing costs and overcoming the shortage of technical specialists in production.
CyberModule TechX is a multifunctional robotic cell that automates the loading and unloading of workpieces on CNC turning and milling machines. One or more units of the complex in production allow to increase the productivity of one operator by two to four times.
According to the press service, the robotic complex provides simultaneous service from four to eight machines. This allows you to redistribute labor resources to more complex tasks, such as quality control, equipment adjustment and tool replacement. This reduces the percentage of production scrap.
Among the key features of the complex are operation with large-sized machines and the ability to work with blanks weighing from 0.05 to 60 kilograms. The modular architecture allows you to flexibly customize the system for the specific production needs of each enterprise.
The implementation of Cyber Module TechX takes from five to ten working days, which makes it a convenient solution for modernizing existing enterprises. The complex is easily integrated with third-party equipment, including machine vision systems and other intelligent modules.#[1]
