At the beginning of November, 2019 it became known that the ex-governor of Perm Krai Oleg Chirkunov started Internet service for supply of wines to restaurants. On the platform perm.ddwine.app silent and sparkling wines from France are available, to Italy, Portugal, Chile, Australia and Georgia from the producer. The prices vary from 239 to 4999 rubles for a bottle.

According to Kommersant with reference to these bases "SPARK-Interfax", EKS Management Company LLC (enters into EKS holding of Oleg Chirkunov) at the end of September, 2019 submitted the application for registration of the DDWine brand.

New business of the former head of Prikamye works on model of normal distributor which also has direct contracts with producers. Through this service Oleg Chirkunov wants to find sales market in the Russian Federation and Great Britain for products of the winery and alcohol of other not most famous producers.

In Russia the service created by Chirkunov by the beginning of November, 2019 works only in Perm. The entrepreneur did not solve whether he will bring the project to the Moscow market.

As Oleg Chirkunov explained to Kommersant, DDWine is the B2B-project focused on work with restaurateurs, individuals will not be able to purchase products on the platform. So far only restaurants which already have a contract with the seller can work with DDWine in Russia, in the next few days there will be an opportunity to fill out the request on the website.

The market of wine rather mature and competitive therefore to Chirkunov, most likely, it will be difficult, the chief executive of Restcon Andrey Petrakov considers.

In a conversation with the newspaper one of restaurateurs noted that at first sight, DDWine works on model of normal distributor which also has direct contracts with producers, "in what advantages of the project in that case, is not clear".^[1]
