"Yandex" started building of the second queue of data center with a power of 10 MW in the residential district Power engineering specialist in Vladimir. Start of an object is planned for 2020, reported the TASS agency in February, 2019.
Since 2017 in Vladimir the 10 MW data center works. Thanks to input of the new equipment, the power of the center will double.
"Building of the second queue of DPC (a data processing center, or data center) "Yandex" in the Vladimir region on 10 MW of IT loading already began, start is planned in 2020. By calculations of the company, by this time the first stage of DPC [also on 10 MW of IT loading] will be loaded completely", told in the press service, without having specified project investment cost.

In September, 2017 "Yandex" started own data center in the residential district "Power engineering specialist", the total amount of capital costs within the investment project for launch was 2.5 billion rubles.
