2019: An opportunity to change a tariff plan and to connect additional services

On September 16, 2019 the DANYCOM.Mobile company reported that it updated Voice Assistant service. With its help it is possible to select and connect an additional service package or to change a tariff plan.

According to the company to use the voice assistant, it is necessary to call on short number 1001 and to listen information about a rate, balance, a remaining balance of a packet and term of its action. The updated functions are available in "The main menu" for which choice it is necessary to dial in the background digit "1" and then to follow voice hints. The choice and change of a rate are assigned to the 1 button, for connection of an additional packet of minutes, internet-traffic or SMS – "2", for return to the main menu – "3".

Now it is possible not only to listen to the general reference information about rates and services, but also to work independently with the tariff plan, both from the smartphone, and from the push-button telephone. Change of a rate and connection of an additional packet are available in the presence of the necessary amount on the account of the subscriber. For September, 2019 tariff plans can be changed not more often than once a day.
