C3 Solutions delivered engineering infrastructure for the first Arctic zone of Russia data center in the city. The Murmansk data center with a total area of ​ ​ 140 m sq., and a capacity of 0.25 MW, has a Tier II + reliability level and is equipped with the latest engineering systems − fire extinguishing, air conditioning, uninterruptible power supply, dispatching, access control, etc. To equip the facility, the customer was looking for suppliers of highly reliable equipment capable of operating in extreme climatic conditions. The mandatory procedure before the conclusion of the contract was to test the equipment for its compliance with the requirements for quality and ease of use. Rostelecom adheres to the national course on import substitution and gives preference to Russian manufacturers: all supplied products should be included in the register of the Ministry of Industry and Trade. An equally important condition of the competition was the tight delivery times.

S3 Solutions confirmed its compliance with all requirements with an optimal budget and was selected by the project executor. For the Murmansk data center, the domestic manufacturer supplied 20 server installation cabinets with a total capacity of 150KV, power distribution units, a cold corridor insulation system, trays for SCS and other accessories. The work also included services for the arrangement of cabinets and the installation of a corridor insulation system. According to the agreements, the capacity of the facility will increase as it grows due to new supplies.
