The solution can be used in the power to create autonomous and centralized dispatching information and control systems of real time, as well as as a platform for integrating various specialized application software. This was announced on March 1, 2022 by Astra Linux.
As a result of the tripartite tests conducted by experts, it was found that all components of the joint solution work correctly, and their functionality is available to users in full.
PAC "KOTMI-14" is designed to create various dispatching information and control systems of real time: both autonomous local and centralized, when the operation of several connected centers at once is automated, a single information space is created and redundancy is provided. PAC collects information from many sources using different protocols, implements telecontrol functions, processes data, archives it and provides it to users. The use of "KOTMI-14" allows you to perform a number of calculation and analytical tasks both online and offline, and on its basis you can build automated systems for controlling technological processes, as well as collecting and transmitting information from substations, operational technological control and control systems in situation centers, data centers and control centers. In addition, "KOTMI-14" can be used as a platform where several specialized application software complexes from various developers are integrated into a single system.
The basis of the software and hardware stack is a single base of equipment with topological links, as well as bases of measurements and consumers. The complex consists entirely of domestic components: servers of the Yakhont-UVM line on the Elbrus-8C platform running OCAstra Linux Special Edition and other Russian software. The Astra Linux Special Edition 8.1 update was developed specifically for the Elbrus processor architecture, and it has successfully passed certification according to the information security requirements of the FSTEC of Russia for operating systems of type "A" of the 2nd class of protection and the information security requirements of the FSB of Russia for IPS.
