2025: Integration with F.Doc
F.Doc integrated c MIES for dental clinics. DentalPRO This was Digital Certificate Center (DCC) announced on July 29, 2025.
Integration is implemented through a specialized built-in function in the MIS interface. This allows healthcare facilities to automate and electronically translate patient paperwork, minimizing manual surgery and improving the efficiency of service processes.
The execution of electronic documents with patients is implemented in the IIA as follows. The doctor or clinic employee opens the Call Center interface and selects the patient card with which to sign the documents. Next to the desired card, the "Send primary package" button appears: when you click on it, the doctor initiates the procedure for issuing documents in electronic form with the patient. The next step is to create and configure document templates. After the employee has indicated all the necessary information in the template, he can directly form the first document - "Consent to the processing of personal data" in the IIA interface for sending to the patient. F.Doc sends an SMS to the client of dentistry with a link to an electronic document. The patient follows the link, enters the verification code from SMS, reads the document and signs it by pressing one button in the smartphone. Subsequent electronic documents are drawn up with the patient according to the same algorithm. The signing status is reflected in the patient card on the Documents tab.
{{quote 'The paperless office of F.Doc together with the industry MIS DentalPRO created a comprehensive technological partnership scheme as part of the integration. In the process of interaction with this system of dentistry, they can receive a service for electronic signing of documents with patients on a turnkey basis: from payment and connection of F.Doc to the organization of a secure infrastructure and setting up contract templates. The project was implemented using the technological capabilities of both platforms and the accumulated experience of companies in the field of automation of medical processes, "said Mikhail Legchenko, director of the Paperless Office of F.Doc. - Our solution allows dentists to use the IIA infrastructure for safe interaction with the patient when processing documents in electronic form. Thus, dentistry, in addition to the ready-made boxed solution for automating business processes, is able to quickly launch an electronic signing service in a medical institution and scale up the experience of its implementation within the network of branches. }}
| In DentalPRO, we, together with partners from F.Doc, have implemented a full-fledged EDO. Now, in order to sign an agreement or informed voluntary consent, the patient just needs to follow the link from the SMS message and enter a short code. This can be done even outside the clinic - for example, on the way to an appointment. This approach is convenient for everyone: the patient saves time, and the clinic gets rid of the problem of storing paper documents. And all this is absolutely legal - an electronic document has the same force as a paper document, "said Alexander Shimansky, founder of MIS DentalPRO. |
