The DeskWork corporate portal is convenient means of interaction of employees and the organization of collective work which is implemented for the minimum time and with the smallest budget. Using DeskWork routine business processes are automated, demanded corporate information is provided to employees, processes of approval, vising and document approval accelerate, the performing discipline increases. Elements of social networks will organize interaction at qualitatively new level, strengthening command spirit.

DeskWork the School unites two functions: the full portal of the organization and a set of specialized modules for school. The product simplifies and accelerates work of all participants of educational process: administrations of school, teachers, pupils, parents. For each user the access rights to different parts of the portal are defined. It is possible to work with the software product both from jobs of school, and from the home computers having Internet access. Safety at the same time is ensured by enciphering of transmitted data, and the portal allows to differentiate the rights: parents can see only information on the child, the teacher – a teaching department, the pupil – only the diary.
