2026: Launch of "Dew Knowledge Base"

STC IT ROSA ‒ launched the ROSA Knowledge Base project, which became a single portal for access to official technical information on products of the ROSA ecosystem. The company announced this on January 19, 2026.

Unlike the previous format, where the documentation was presented as separate files and pages, this portal ensures consistency of materials, correct indexing and a single visual style. This simplifies the work for both experienced specialists and users who are just starting to get acquainted with ROSA products.

In the future, ROSA Knowledge Base will become a multifunctional platform. On its basis, it is planned to combine documentation, a forum, a wiki and accumulated knowledge bases of technical support. In this case, access to specialized sections will be provided through the ROSA ID, which allows not only to work with the documentation, but also in the future to receive advanced capabilities depending on the status of the user ‒ client, partner or developer.

A separate area of ​ ​ development of the portal will be the integration of an intelligent chat interface based on its own ROSA AI platform. It will generate responses to user requests based on the company's indexed documentation and internal resources, providing consolidated and up-to-date information throughout the ROSA ecosystem.

We consistently move away from disparate and inconvenient formats of working with documentation and knowledge. ROSA The knowledge base has become a single point of access to official information on the company's products. This format makes it easier to find, navigate and use documentation in real work, making finding answers to questions faster and more convenient. In the future, we plan to develop the portal, expanding its functionality and content, - said Oleg Bakshinsky, STC IT ROSA Operations Director.

Thus, the launch of the ROSA Knowledge Base lays the foundation for a single digital space of ROSA knowledge, in which documentation, support and expertise of the company will be collected in one place and available through a single authorization mechanism.
