DiState (EDMS)

The DiState system is the uniform information web space allowing to organize legally significant interaction between Participants using the electronic signature and means of cryptoprotection of information. Services of a system are demanded among the geographically distributed enterprises and also state authorities which need to accelerate interaction with the subordinated organizations and the population. Use of EDMS DiState allows to get the following advantages:

• reduction from 2 to 4 times of expenses on exchange of documents with the clients, partners and divisions located in other cities or the remote offices;
• decrease by 3-7 times of time for approval of documents due to efficiency of document flow;
• increase in level of performing discipline and simplification of the mechanism of its control;
• ensuring safety and quick search of documents in the centralized electronic storage.

The DiState system allows:

• it is unambiguous to define (to identify) Participants, their competency, date and time of implementation of interaction;
• give to electronic documents the legal importance;
• transform, cipher, store data during the term set by the legislation;
• accelerate exchange of documents regardless of a location of partners;
• simplify online access to documents;
• reduce costs for office-work and communication.

Registration of the organization in a System as the Participant will allow to perform electronic document management with other Participants of a System using the certified electronic signatures. It can be one - and multilateral documents:

• Accounting documents: acts, delivery notes, accounts, commodity-transport delivery notes and so forth.
• Economic documents: letters, agreements, agreements, requests, claims and so forth. Use of special forms is possible.

Legal importance of documents

The electronic documents created and signed in the DiState System have full judicial protection and can be used in court as proofs at emergence of disagreements between Participants of the DiState System. Printed forms of the electronic documents signed in the DiState System are accepted by tax authorities when conducting checks.

All software products of DiState can be integrated seamlessly with corporate portals and information systems and also exchange documents with other operators an e-document flow SKID.

2019: Updating of the document formats according to the order of FTS

On October 12, 2019 there was information that the DiState company updated the document formats in all the software solutions according to the order of FTS of 12/19/2018 No. MMB-7-15/820 @ (about the statement of a format of the electronic invoice and UPD). Read more here.
