Diasoft: Service for collecting and sending biometric samples to EBS

The service for collecting and sending biometric samples to EBS "Diasoft" consists in providing to bank access to completely customized system of collecting and sending biometric samples in EBS using services SIEI and UNIFIED IDENTIFICATION AND AUTHENTICATION SYSTEM. Service and setup of a system completely is in an area of responsibility "Diasoft".

2019: Start of service for collecting and sending biometric samples to EBS

On August 19, 2019 the company "Diasoft" reported that it started service for collecting and sending biometric samples of century Single Biometric System (SBS). The company implemented a complex of works on providing data protection then service underwent assessment procedure of compliance to requirements FSTEC Russia and received the certificate conforming to requirements imposed to State information on the systems of a class of security "K1" and to information systems in which the 1st level is provided securities of personal data.

According to requirements of Federal law No. 482-FZ, banks need to provide process of collecting of biometric samples of clients (the image of the person and record of a voice) and their transfer to a single biometric system for registration, at the same time to consider requirements for information security on each of technology sections of information processing.

Existence of the certificate of FSTEC of Russia demonstrates that use of Diasoft service guarantees to banks fulfillment of requirements on information security. Banks which are connected to Diasoft service can expect the high level of fault tolerance (SLA of 99%) and also placement of a system in DPC of the high level (TIER 3).
