Adding "Career Designer"
Diasoft has developed a Career Designer product designed to manage career development and professional development of employees. The product allows you to organize an effective and transparent adaptation process for new employees, form individual development plans, provide opportunities and tools for phased career growth. The company announced this on August 20, 2024.
Career Designer is part of the Digital Q.TMS (Talent Management System) development platform, one of the components of the Human Capital Management (HCM) automation area.
From the first day in the company, already during the adaptation period, employees work according to individual development plans (IPR). The "career designer" automatically forms the FPI, which includes training tasks for the period of the trial period, as well as a list of competencies that should be mastered to summarize the results of the trial period. Upon its completion, the employee can find proposals for further development in the "Career Designer" in accordance with the agreed career track and draw up a new IPR. An employee interested in mastering new competencies can apply for training in the company's LMS (Learning Management System).
The service contains a description of the requirements for the profile of roles (positions), includes a directory of competencies and requirements for the level of their development. There are also links to educational resources on the network, e-books and documents, as well as educational materials and training programs in the company's LMS system.
Based on this information, the employee, together with the manager, can form a FPI aimed at increasing professional competencies, moving to the next grade or rotating to another role. Summing up the results of the implementation of the FPI and making decisions on the further development of the employee takes place as part of a regular assessment.

On March 18, 2024, Diasoft introduced the Digital Q.TMS platform. The company is developing a cross-industrial area of automation - human capital management (Human Capital Management, HCM). It includes four development platforms: Digital Q.TMS - for managing the company's talents, Digital Q.LMS - for organizing training for the company's employees, Digital Q.INSPIDER - for providing effective communications, Digital Q.HR - for automating personnel accounting.

The capabilities of the Digital Q.TMS platform are aimed at solving the following problems:

Digital Q.TMS contains a built-in designer of typical work plans for the period of the employee's probationary period, as well as interactive means of monitoring the progress of his passage. Using a specialized interface, managers, mentors and HR specialists monitor the progress of the probation period: assign tasks and activities, set goals for employees and regularly monitor their implementation.
Digital Q.TMS allows you to form, track and evaluate individual plans for the professional development of employees according to your roles, positions and grads. The platform tools provide the creation of a knowledge base on the competencies and roles of employees of the organization with the ability to compare the existing level of competencies of each employee with the job requirements for his current or target grade.

The Digital Q.TMS platform automatically consolidates the data on the assessments carried out and records the results in an interactive dashboard. This allows you to organize the process of evaluating personnel, record results, get feedback and automatically fill out the assessment form.
